1 Fl oz – Nine Isles Peach & Lychee Caribbean infused Gin
1/2 Fl Oz – Peach Liquour
Champagne of your choice
Fresh Mint Leaves

Method

Slowly break down 1 – 2 Fresh Mint Leaves inside an empty Champagne glass
Pour in 1 Fl oz of Nine Isles Peach & Lychee caribbean infused Gin
Pour in 1/2 fl oz of peach liquour
Gently stir, infusing all of the added ingredients
Lastly pour and fill up the champagne glass with a champagne of your choice
