Nine Isles Frozen Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 2 Fl oz – Nine Isles peach & lychee Caribbean infused Gin
  • 1 Fl Oz – Fresh Lime juice
  • 1/2 FL OZ – simple syrup

Method

  1. add plenty of Ice to a blender
  2. pour in 2 fl oz of Nine Isles peach & lychee Caribbean infused Gin into the blender
  3. pour in 1 fl oz of Fresh lime juice into the blender
  4. pour in 1/2 fl oz of simple syrup into the blender
  5. Once all ingredients are added to your bledner, blend until a slushy mixture has formed
  6. sample and add more fresh lime juice or simple syrup to suite taste
  7. Lastly pour into a tall cocktail glass and garnish with a wedge of lime
