Nine Isles Paradise Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 Fl oz – Nine Isles Sorrel & Mulberry Caribbean infused Gin
  • 1 Fl Oz – Fresh Lime juice
  • 1/2 FL OZ – simple syrup
  • 1/2 fl oz – blue curacao
  • 1 – Egg white

Method

  1. add a handful of Ice to a rock glass
  2. pour in 1/2 fl oz of blue curacoa into the rock glass
  3. seperately add a handful ice to a cocktail shaker
  4. pour in 2 fl oz of nine isles sorrel & mulberry caribbean infused gin into the cocktail shaker
  5. pour in 1 fl oz of Fresh lime juice into the cocktail shaker
  6. pour in 1/2 fl oz of simple syrup into the cocktail shaker
  7. lastly add 1 egg white to the cocktails shaker
  8. Once all ingredients are added to your cocktail shaker, shake vigorously
  9. Strain the mixture over the rock glass
  10. Lastly garnish with a wedge of lime
